His side have won just once in their last 6 league games (losing 4 times) and have picked up only 13 points from their opening 11 games in the Premiership; they failed to score against Middlesbrough (0-2) and Bolton in their last two and they will face much tougher defences this season.

Twente were abysmal defensively at Arsenal a couple of months ago, but their defensive record since has shown that they should be more resilient this time around in England.
