In their last game, a 4-0 thrashing of Dinamo Zagreb, striker Darren Bent scored a hat-trick, which will do wonders for his confidence after little success under Juande Ramos; with new signings Bentley and Pavlyuchenko also getting on the scoresheet in recent games, confidence will be high in the Spurs camp.
Man City won the last head to head at Eastlands 2-1 in March, but Spurs had won the last 8 prior meetings in a row.
