Napoli scored a late own goal last week to lose out 0-1 in Milan and Blasi's team are now in 4th in Serie A.

They've not been great away from home (having drawn two and lost two away now) but down south they've been very good again. They have a perfect record (4-0-0) in the league and beat Benfica at home in the UEFA Cup in early October, though were knocked out after losing 3-4 on aggregate.

Sampdoria won 1-0 against Torino last week, their second Serie A win in a row. They needed eight games into the league season before managing to get their first win, but with those six points they are moving up the table and lie in 15th.

However, both those victories for Samp came at home and they too haven't impressed on the road.

Away from home, they have failed to score in three of their four league games so far.

Napoli, though, have not been afraid of scoring at home - they have hit 12 in 5 games on home turf.

The quoted odds are around $1.75. William Hill are higher than most others and quote $1.83, a price which does look worth taking.
